COVID-19 ~ Our Stores
Food safety has always been the highest importance for us. Since the introduction of Alert Level 4 in March 2020 we have added additional processes and training to ensure we are applying new procedures, above and beyond the guidance of the Ministry of Health. Regardless of eat in, takeaway or online pick up orders, the following will be implemented in our stores:
We have doubled the amount of deep cleaning in our stores.
Hand sanitiser will be available in our stores; next to the ordering kiosks and at the in-store pick up counter.
At certain alert level settings, disposable masks will be made available in some of our stores (where possible) for customers who do not have one; at the in-store pick up counter.
For the safety of yourself and our staff, at certain alert level settings, customers are required to show a valid vaccination pass upon entering our stores and are required to wear a mask or suitable face covering into the store until your order has been collected.
Where dine-in is possible, tables and seats will be spaced (or disestablished) 1 metre apart to support appropriate physical distancing.
Where possible, tables and chairs will be wiped between customers.
Please sanitise your hands before and after using our kiosks. Some kiosks will be out of action to help increase distancing between customers.
Our buzzers will be available in stores and should be returned to our return station when you collect your order.
We encourage you to order on your phone, this helps control the number of services you touch in our stores and ensure a smooth ordering process.
At certain alert levels, all orders will be supplied in takeaway packaging and our dine-in trays will be unavailable.
