Full Time Store Manager - Shake Out Commercial Bay

We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic superstar Store Manager to work in our Commercial Bay store!

Who are you?
• You have a passion for great food and the hospitality industry
• A charismatic leader and great communicator with excellent people skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep your cool and can solve problems under pressure
• You’re a fair team leader who values team culture and a bit of fun
• You’re organised, know how to set the standard, set the pace and demonstrate the correct procedures and behaviour
• You’re an individual with personality! We appreciate that not everyone is the same and understand the benefits of supporting diversity in our stores
• Experience: You must have 1+ years’ experience managing in a similar role and be able to lead the day-to-day running of the store.
• Open/flexible availability is required, specifically on weekends and during peak periods of business.
• Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa with a minimum of one year remaining
