While everyone perfected their baking skills in lockdown, we too upped our baking game by coming up with the most epic baked treat-inspired remake we could muster: a creamy take on one of NZ’s fan-favourite local bakery legends ~ the lamington. We’re talking spongey, berry, coconut-coated goodness, reconstructed with organic NZ dairy into a sweet throwback to the childhood bakery of your dreams. 

Re-imagined to mimic the layers of a cream-filled berry lamington, you’ll find a berry lamington and organic NZ dairy blend (note the finely crumbled sponge spun through for texture), topped with fresh cream, freeze-dried raspberries and a mini lamington for good measure.

We're paying homage to our Kiwi roots. Lamingtons are controversially the brainchild of our Trans-Tasman neighbours but an honorary New Zealand goodie for post-Saturday sport, high teas or a visit to your granny’s house. Eat your heart out Aussies, this pretty in pink, berry-meets-coconut power couple is now rightly safe at home in New Zealand.

Our lamington shake top sip tip? As you sip, pull your straw up through this double-layered delight to taste all the layers of lamington on the way up.
