We've had this treasured homestyle shake baking for a while, and with the days still hot, a fresh, crisp thirst quencher is just what we all need.

A little bit of zing, a whole lot of tang, and plenty of creamy crunch to top it off. Much like the classic pie, the recipe for a perfect Lemon meringue shake is all about the filling. Balancing sweet and sour with just the right amount of biscuity crunch. We've taken a thick, tart lemon curd and blended it together with crumbled malt biscuits, zesty fresh lemon juice and creamy organic soft serve.

For the dreamy, creamy finishing layer, we've topped our citrus base with an organic NZ dairy vanilla bean shake and a crumble of crunchy crushed meringue - because it definitely wouldn't be a Lemon meringue shake without meringue.
